Engagement: Amanda + Tommy

Here it is! The photo post from the super fun engagement session I had last Friday.

Amanda and Tommy are a super sweet and goofy couple and I absolutely loved meeting and shooting with them. We decided on a few locations in the Ventura County area. We started in downtown Moorpark and then ended up in Thousand Oaks.

Since this was my first time meeting Amanda and Tommy I took the chance to get to know them a little more. I love the story of how they met!

One night Tommy was working at a local bowling ally and Amanda came in with her girlfriends for a night of bowling fun. Through that evening Amanda and Tommy shyly flirted and Miss Amanda was sure he was going to ask her out. The end of the night came and went with no exchanged numbers. Well, Amanda is no fool, she knew that they had a connection. She decided to give him a call at the bowling ally and give him her number. Or, ask if he wanted it. Of course he did! He got it from her and they have been together ever since. I love that Amanda took the initiative to go with her gut and call. That describes her personality exactly! She is outgoing and fun, who wouldn’t want to spend the rest of their life with her?? Tommy is her perfect match and I am so happy I got to know them.
