Jen + Ryan: Los Angeles Engagement Session

First of all, Happy New Year! There are a lot of exciting things in store at Marianne Wilson Photography for 2010 and I cannot wait for all the awesome that is to come.

On to the post!

I get a lot of inquiry e-mails. Most simply asking about pricing and my availability,if I can travel(yes), and asking questions about how I shoot, all pretty simple and to the point. But, occasionally I get ones that stick out and I say to myself “Yes!! I soooo want to shoot this couples wedding because they are the radness”, yeah, I say those EXACT words.

When I received Jen’s initial e-mail that is the response I had. I immediately got a sense of their personalities and what they loved. Jen (& Ryan) are awesome and fun loving. They are the type of people you want to be around because they love to laugh and be silly. Plus, they’re getting married at the Los Angeles Natural History Museum( and they love dinosaurs). Um, yes please! I cannot wait to shoot their March wedding in Los Angeles!

Here are a few from their LA engagement session. We started at the Getty Center and then attempted to shoot at LACMA. Unfortunately, due to some Hollywood-types filming we weren’t able to get close to LACMA, but we got some awesome stuff on the streets of LA.
