Laura + Ryan: Robinson Ranch Wedding

You might remember Laura + Ryan from their Agoura Hills Engagement Session

We are always saying that we absolutely love our couples because they are so awesome. In fact, I would bet that if we took the time to count, we would find out that we have probably mentioned how lucky we are to get to shoot our couples in 9 out of 10 of our blog posts. We say it so much because it is SO TRUE! Laura + Ryan are just one more bright, shining example of an awesome couple.

We checked the weather report on the morning of Laura + Ryan’s Robinson Ranch wedding and we were a bit nervous because it was supposed to be (and had been) rainy and super cold. We knew that the plan was to have an outdoor wedding, and after a few years of listening to other wedding photographers’ horror stories about weather related bridal breakdowns, we never know what to expect when plans change so abruptly. Ryan was as calm and collected as any groom we have ever seen. Laura certainly kept an eye on the weather while she was getting ready (as any bride would, and as Marianne did on our wedding weekend), but she didn’t let the rain ruin her day one bit. They (and their awesome bridal party) braved the cold for a few photos in front of Robinson Ranch and we were even able to catch a tiny break in the rain and run out to get some outdoor shots around the golf course, for a few minutes Laura and Ryan even braved some actual rain for their photos. Two best friends got married and had a great time and a beautiful day. We once again felt SO blessed by how awesome and easy going our couples are!
