I am stoked to be able to finally post this totally gorgeous and stylish Santa Paula Ranch / Barn wedding Reception. Andy and Rachel live in the UK and had their ‘official’ wedding out there a few months prior to their US reception. Rachel is from the Santa Paula area and has access to an amazing avocado grove/ranch up in the beautiful hills. It was so fun to shoot with them and we even got a little break in the weather for their portraits in the grove. It was a chilly night but they were troopers and everyone had such an amazing time celebrating their love and marriage.

Big thanks to the lovely Jessica Kuipers @ Bijoux Events for turning the barn into a completely gorgeous reception hall.

I hope everyone is having an amazing week thus far! I had the wonderful opportunity to head out to a wonderful photography convention the past few days, WPPI. I had an amazing time, saw some cool new products and made some new friends. It is such a great convention and I am stoked to have been able to get out there again this year.

Now time to share this super fun engagement session. Katie and Brian decided to have a ranch style session to go along with their upcoming Ojai wedding. They are such an easy couple to work with. Fun, outgoing, and laid back. Not to mention super funny. I had a blast getting to know them better as we shot and I can’t wait to see them again. So go ahead and enjoy a few of my favorites from their engagement session.
