Are you getting excited with all these engagement sessions? I am so thrilled to be working with such rad couples this year and shooting engagements gives me the opportunity to really get to know them more before the big day.

Jeanette and Blake decided to have their session in Santa Barbara at the UCSB campus and Isla Vista, appropriate since that is where they first fell in love. I love going back to spots where couples met really brings a little something extra to session. Jeanette and Blake are also getting married at the fabulous Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo, CA later this year.

A love for Style Me Pretty, details, and party planning. These are just a few of the reasons this wedding was absolutely filled with gorgeous details and looked like absolute perfection. Those things mixed with a couple who compliment each other perfectly and are so in love really made this event go off without a hitch. I felt incredibly lucky to have been able to travel out to Prescott Arizona for such a fabulous affair!

So here are a few of my many favorites from Kristin + Jack’s gorgeous country club wedding at the Hassayampa Golf Club

So, I absolutely love when I am able to travel for wedding and engagements. I also love when brides travel out to me! In Alyssa and Jonathans case both happened. They are Phoenix dwellers and are coming out to California to get married at one of my favorite venues – Maravilla Gardens. They also have a special place in their hearts for the gorgeous town of Sedona Arizona so it seemed like a perfect spot to do their engagement session! Alyssa and Jonathan are so sweet, down to earth, funny, and easy going so everytime I see them it is a blast. I cannot wait to see them again out here in California!
