Before I get to the meat of this post I want to give a big shout out to Kat over at Rock ‘N Roll Bride.com. Kat just featured two of my recent engagement sessions on her blog. So a big congrats to Amanda and Tommy as well as Christy and Saul for having their engagement sessions featured. Kat is always adding new photographs of wedding/engagements that are awesome so it is a great resource for brides looking for inspiration. Do you understand what I am getting at? On with the post!
So, if you know me, you know I love shoes. Heck, if you have seen my photographs you know I love shoes. Unfortunately I am cursed with very high insteps. I am talking ballerina insteps, I so missed my calling. This makes it tough for me to find rockin shoes that actually fit my feet. Or, at least, don’t look like my feet are popping out of the shoe.
But! That does not keep me from lusting over all varieties of shoes. That brings me to one of my first wedding / engagement session ideas/tips post. Shoes!
Just like at any other occasion shoes can make or break an outfit. They can spice up your little black dress or they can play up the colors in your outfit. They are an easy accessory to change and you can have a lot of fun with them. So I have compiled some of my favorite shoes I have seen lately so that you can get some ideas. Do you have to wear funky shoes? Of course not! I want you to feel like you, just let these inspire you and bring your A game. The idea is to look AND feel your best and to also have some fun with your sessions.
